We are looking for an ITSM Process Manager for the service area Operation Service Management. The unit is responsible for Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Asset & Configuration management processes. There is also responsibility for Service Desk, On site support, Hardware logistics and Leasing.

This is what you will do

The role as ITSM Process Manager involves both management and development of existing processes, but also development of new processes. The degree of maturity of the existing processes varies greatly from fully established throughout the Group to partly implemented within certain parts of the organization. All processes are handled in ServiceNow.

In the role as ITSM Process Manager, you are also responsible for defining the business's expectations. A large part of the work consists of dialogue and requirements towards internal service owners, but also suppliers, as Lantmännen IT primarily buys services instead of developing them internally.

The position is located in Stockholm or Malmö and you will report to Manager Operations & Process Management. The role requires some travelling.

Examples of tasks:

  • Manages the process
  • Ensure that the process is properly setup and followed
  • Suggest and implement process improvement
  • Propose and follow up on process KPIs
  • Provide procedures and definitions
  • Educate and support involved party in Lantmännen's ITSM processes

This is what you need to succeed

You have:

  • Good knowledge of ITSM and ITIL
  • Preferably also knowledge in the specific processes that Lantmännen has implemented.
  • Experience with working in ServiceNow

You are:

  • Outgoing and communicative
  • Business oriented
  • Someone with a high drive
  • Good at negotiating
  • Administrative with good project management skills
  • Fluent in writing and speaking Swedish and English
