Are you interested in a position as Service Delivery Manager with a key role in the implementation of Lantmännen´s new telecom platform? This is a project of high priority and of strategic importance for Lantmännen where you are given the opportunity to add much value to Lantmännen’s organization. The new platform will provide a flexible, efficient and modern solution, covering three thousand users in Sweden.

The position 

As Service Delivery Manager you will support the Service Manager, who has the overall responsibility for the implementation, with operational tasks such as; facilitating forums, coordinating activities, handling incidents, conducting vendor dialogues and acting as interface towards the rest of Lantmännen’s organization. In addition to that, you will take an active role in establishing a model for follow-up, reporting and quality assurance. The implementation of the new platform is expected to be completed during 2019 after which you will be responsible for maintaining the platform, in line with defined processes and KPI’s. Maintaining and developing the relationship with the contracted vendor is also part of your responsibility.

The position is located at Lantmännen's headquarters in Stadshagen, Stockholm or in Malmö. You will report to the Manager of Solution Center End-User and Infrastructure Solutions within Service Operation. Some travel within the Nordics is required. A driver’s license is meriting but not a requirement.

Your profile 

To be successful in this role you have at least three years’ experience of working in a similar position, preferably with focus on telecom and some experience of Information Technology Service Management (ITSM).

Preferably, you have experience from large and complex organizations and experience from working on projects. Since this is an international organization, you master English and Swedish, both written and spoken.

You enjoy engaging with other colleagues to build relationships and can handle many different stakeholders, both internally and externally. Furthermore, you have a clear and structured way of working with a sound ability to plan and organize your work.
