Do you have extensive experience within sourcing and recruitment? Do you want to work with the full life cycle of the selection process in-house? Do you want to help find our new key employees within a diverse portfolio of roles and sectors? Then we should meet!

This is what you will do

You will provide our managers and HR-partners with high-quality expert advice and ensure that the entire recruitment process is handled successfully. You will be responsible for the full life cycle ranging from analyzing the job and candidate profile to choosing media channels for advertising, sourcing and excite passive candidates, conducting interviews and assessments and finally selecting the right candidate for the job.

You will get to work with a diverse portfolio of roles within our different sectors. Your will be part of a team within Group HR and work mainly from our headquarter in Stockholm, but with the flexibility to travel to other locations were we operate. As both the function and the role itself is new, you will also get a key role in influencing the work, give recommendations, and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice. 

This is what you need to succeed

You have

  • Extensive experience within sourcing and the full recruiting life cycle from A to Z
  • A broad network within the talent sphere
  • Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
  • A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
